TRADING CONDITIONS
Payment
All prices include VAT and are in Danish kroner. We accept Dankort and Visa. The account information you enter when purchasing products on our webshop is processed by NETS, Shopify or Stripe and will be sent in encrypted form (SSL).
The amount of your order will be deducted from your account as soon as the goods have left Dare to Care's warehouse.
RESPONSIBILITY
At Dare to Care, we strive to ensure that our website is updated and error-free at all times. However, we reserve the right to make reservations in the event of out-of-stock items, printing errors, price changes and unforeseen events.
Dare to Care is responsible for the products until they reach you, after which the package becomes your responsibility. Dare to Care cannot be held responsible for damaged products in your care.
Dare to Care maintains full ownership of the products until full payment is received.
Dare to Care reserves the right to change and update the rules and conditions applicable to this website. It is therefore your own responsibility to stay updated on possible changes.
Dare to Care strives to ship packages within 3 business days, but in special cases, eg. In special cases, e.g. backorders with suppliers or in case of sales or major events, longer shipping times may occur.
Privacy policy when placing an order
When you order a product from Dare to Care's webshop, you will be asked to enter a number of personal information (name, address, telephone number, e-mail and delivery address) including financial information (credit card information or MobilePay).
The information will only be used in connection with delivery and billing, as well as for any purchase-related purposes, for example if there is a problem with your order. By placing your order, you accept that we use your information for these purposes. Please read our privacy policy and contact us if you have any questions.
RETURNS AND COMPLAINTS
Items purchased on klinikdaretocareshop.dk will be exchanged for other items or money within 14 days.
Items are exchanged under the following conditions:
- Item is undamaged and in unbroken packaging
- Physical or digital receipt must be presented
- For items purchased by credit card, the amount will be refunded to your bank account.
- For items purchased with gift cards, they will be refunded on a gift card
- You sign with your signature and clear name and address
- The item will be exchanged no later than 14 days after the day you receive your order when purchasing at klinikdaretocareshop.dk
- When returning or complaining about products purchased on klinikdaretocareshop.dk, the customer pays for shipping
For refunds, there may be up to 10 business days waiting time for bank transfer.
Goods are advertised under the following conditions:
- Item is defective
- Physical or digital receipt must be presented
- The item is reclaimed within 24 months
How we process personal data
When you purchase a product in our webshop, you provide a number of personal data, including specifically:
- Your name
- Your address
- Your e-mail
- This phone number
We process this personal data both in connection with the registration and processing of your purchase. The information is necessary for the completion of your orders and is stored for a period of 5 years to comply with Danish accounting law. After that, the data will be deleted.
DATA SECURITY
As data controller, we will always process your personal data securely and confidentially in accordance with applicable Danish and European legislation, including the Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation.
Your personal data will only be used and stored for the purposes for which it was collected and only by employees of Klinik Dare to Care who are directly involved in the processing of your purchase or the performance of your treatments.
As soon as the above purposes are fulfilled or no longer relevant, your information will be deleted.
We use third parties to process some information, including in our booking system and webshop, which is not developed by Klinik Dare to Care itself. We have entered into data processing agreements with our Danish partners, which is our guarantee that they comply with applicable data protection regulations. All our foreign suppliers are active participants in the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework, which ensures protected storage and processing of personal data across the EU and the US.
Information, objection, deletion and data portability
You can contact us at any time to find out which of your personal data we have stored or for further information about our data processing agreements.

If there are errors in our data, you can always have them corrected, and you always have the right to have your personal data handed over. For error correction or data portability, please also contact us at the aforementioned email.
If you want us to delete your personal information or limited storage, please also send requests to the aforementioned email.
We delete emails from inactive customers after 12 months from the last contact.
